Ayumi Bailly
Director, Strategic Initiatives, Public Services Health and Safety Association
Over the past 25 years, Ms. Bailly has held a variety of senior posts in the public and non-profit sectors. Prior to assuming her current role as Director, Strategic Initiatives at the Public Services Health and Safety Association, she was the Director of Stakeholder and Partner Relations in the Prevention Office of the Ontario Ministry of Labour. In both of these capacities, she has been deeply committed to the prevention of workplace illness, injury and fatality through awareness and education.
Vivien Wharton-Szatan
Provincial Coordinator, Industrial Health and Safety Program, Ontario Ministry of Labour
Ms. Wharton-Szatan is employed with the Ministry of Labour in a Senior Management role as the Provincial Coordinator. She has held many different roles within the Ministry from an Industrial Health and Safety Inspector, Regional Program Co-ordinator, Project Manager and as a Program Manager. As Provincial Coordinator, she is responsible for the development of operational policies and programs to ensure consistent, effective and efficient enforcement by the inspectorate in the 29 industrial sectors that cover over 5 million workers in Ontario.
